The Janitorial Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, managing inventory and supplies, and communicating with clients and management.QualificationsSupervisory Skills, Training, and CommunicationCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsExperience in janitorial services or facility managementAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills2+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services (evening/night shift preferred)Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety proceduresStrong leadership and organizational skillsEffective communicator with both staff and clientsAbility to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentMust pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.Physical Requirements:Ability to be on your feet for most of the shiftCapable of lifting 30–40 lbs when neededComfortable working in various building environments and conditions
