SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Superintendent based in the Inland Empire we are a General Contractor specializing in Public Works & Hospitality projects. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Superintendent with K12, Library, and other Public Works experience to lead projects throughout Southern California.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily operations on construction sitesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standardsManage project schedules and budgets effectivelyCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineersReview and interpret blueprints and project plansImplement quality control measures to ensure construction meets specified standardsProvide leadership and support to project teams and personnelQualificationsExperience with multi-family, K-12, charter, public works, commercial, and tenant improvement projectsProven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction management practices and principlesExcellent budgeting and scheduling skillsStrong focus on site safety and quality controlAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsEffective communication and team leadership skillsExperience in equipment management and site logisticsBenefitsPay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearVacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
