If you thrive in managing construction processes and enjoy facilitating the design phase, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Position OverviewAs a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery. Your role will consist of 80% construction management and 20% facilitating the design process, including managing subcontractors and collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to bring innovative projects to life.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.Lead project meetings with clients and subcontractors to discuss progress and resolve any issues that may arise.Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle and manage inspections and approvals.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project alignment with objectives.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (working for the general contractor).Experience with K-12, healthcare, and/or higher education projects.Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusGas cardCompany cardVehicle allowanceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
