Job Title: Rehab ManagerLocation: Johns Creek, GAPosition Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $90,000-$130,000Performance Bonus: Can totally up to $20,000Benefits: 4 Weeks PTO, 7 Paid Holidays, 2 Floating Holidays, 3% 401(k) MatchAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Rehab Manager to lead and provide exceptional care in our clinic.This clinic has about 7 FTE’s inclusive of front office and therapists. The staff is a mix of 20+ years and newer grads.We see 1,100+ patients a month,The hiring manager is great! She has great retention among her staff and is a true people person, helping being the best PT/leader they can be, and prides herself speaking directly through the prism of emotional intelligence and empathy. Qualifications for this role:Proficient at crucial conversations and excellent communicatorAble to lead and have demonstrated leading changeUnderstand and have working knowledge of KPI’s used in businessThis is a relatively big clinic and needs someone who is a strong leader or able to learn very quickly.Clinic Population:50% of patients are athletes of all levels20–30% worker’s compensation cases, varying monthly2–3% legal casesGeneral orthopedic and active lifestyle populations also seenKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy careEvaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plansManage daily clinic operations including scheduling, supplies, and coordination with front office staffEnsure compliance with clinical documentation and billing practicesParticipate in local marketing and outreach to maintain strong referral relationshipsMaintain communication with regional and corporate leadershipUphold clinic culture, quality standards, and patient satisfactionSupport onboarding of any future clinical or support staff, as neededQualifications:Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in [Insert State]Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred; management experience a plusStrong interest or background in sports and orthopedic rehabConfident managing a caseload independently in a single-clinician settingExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary4 weeks of PTO, 7 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays401(k) with 3% company matchContinuing education opportunities and growth potential within our companyJoin a team where clinical autonomy meets supportive management.
