About the Role:The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee skilled-hourly employees in a manufacturing environment. Plans and assigns work, enforces policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Responsible for the scheduling of projects and preventative/predictive maintenance to support efficient manufacturing operations.
