By educating both ourselves as healthcare professionals and our patients, we aim to provide the necessary information for comprehensive dental care. Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) at our location in Santa Monica, CA. The RDA will be responsible for assisting dentists during various dental procedures, preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, taking dental x-rays, and keeping records of dental treatments. Daily tasks also include providing patients with oral care instructions and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. Qualifications Experience with dental assisting, patient preparation, and instrument sterilizationSkills in taking dental x-rays and keeping accurate treatment recordsAbility to provide patients with oral care instructions and maintain a clean working environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented settingRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA) certificationExperience in using dental software systems is a plus
