Physical Therapist

Insight Global is hiring for Physical Therapists to join a client in Albany, NY and the surrounding area. This will be a direct-hire, fully on-site role ranging between $37-47.60/hr.Day to Day:Assess patient status and home environment, including physical, mental, emotional, and socioeconomic factors.Develop and implement care plans with patients and caregivers, making referrals as needed.Assist with obtaining assistive devices and equipment.Supervise and train allied personnel (PTAs and HHAs), coordinating patient care.Evaluate patient responses to treatment and report changes.Teach therapy techniques to patients, families, and staff.Provide health education tailored to patient and caregiver needs.Participate in team meetings and patient-centered conferences.Use infection control techniques and maintain patient confidentiality.Document patient care and complete required assessments.Maintain professional competence through continuing education.Orient new staff and follow agency policies.Support customer service standards and meet productivity goals.Participate in performance improvement activities and perform related tasks as needed.Must Have:Valid NY State Physical Therapy License requiredValid NY Driver's License
