We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable biologics to improve patient access to essential medicines. Our small company start-up feel allows you to make a significant impact.Reporting Structure: Reports to the Head of Pricing and Analytics, North AmericaResponsibilities: Approval Management: Maintain and save all approvals from the North American Governance/Price Committee in a searchable format with all necessary documents. Additionally, route, save, and manage all contracting and signatory approvals and documentation.Contract Lifecycle Support: Document, route contracts for signature, and collect and save fully executed contracts. Save contracts in an internal database and with our third-party vendor for GP services.Financial Governance and Contracting Approval Integration: Integrate financial governance approval with the signature approval process (delegation of authority).Market Access Updates: Centralize market access updates, work with the team for individual updates, and serve as the central collection point. Updates could include monthly, quarterly, executive level, customer feedback, or items as requested by leadership.Workflow Management: Build and manage workflows for all contracts and pricing projects to ensure visibility and tracking.Customer and Product Playbooks: Help save and distribute key customer and product playbooks that include coverage, offerings, statuses, and general strategy. This work will be done in collaboration with the market access team.Project Tracking: Manage weekly meetings to track project status.Offer Letters: Assist in drafting simple offer letters as needed (LOI, LOC, LOP, etc.).Administrative Support: Facilitate general administrative tasks such as customer setup, portal setup, tracking invoices to ensure payment, planning meetings, bookings, and expenses. Take notes and send follow-ups as needed.Vendor Management: Help manage outside vendors as needed and participate in ongoing processes to improve efficiencies.Skills Needed: Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Versatile and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and readiness to take on various roles.Skilled in Microsoft Teams functions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Approvals).Adept in Adobe and Docusign.Quick learner with the ability to self-teach.Highly motivated.Ideal Candidate: Expertise in the pharmaceutical market.Insight into medical benefit vs. pharmacy benefit.Knowledgeable about commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.Familiarity with trade relations and wholesale distribution.Proficient in commercial contracting for various books of business.Extensive commercial business experience (10+ years).East Coast resident.Thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.Analytical mindsetSuper organizedRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of commercial business experience.Positive attitude and strong team player.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with contract management and approval processes.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Familiarity with biosimilars and biologics.Knowledge of financial governance and delegation of authority processes.Experience with vendor management and improving operational efficiencies.
