Are you passionate about empowering adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their highest level of independence? We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team providing innovative, person-centered services.As a BCBA, you will play a key role in conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, managing complex behavior cases, and providing clinical supervision and support. This role involves direct collaboration with clients, staff, external partners, and community resources to ensure individualized and effective support.Key Responsibilities:Behavior AnalysisConduct skills and functional behavior assessmentsDevelop and modify individualized treatment plansLead staff training and interdisciplinary team meetingsMonitor data collection, analyze trends, and adjust interventionsPrepare progress reports and incident documentation for funding agenciesSupervise and evaluate behavior therapistsCase ManagementManage a caseload of adult clients seeking supported employmentCollaborate with Department of Rehabilitation, Regional Center, Social Security, and other agenciesOversee referrals, eligibility screenings, and benefits enrollmentCoordinate services and maintain organized client documentationFacilitate job readiness training, employer outreach, and case reportingProgram ManagementHire, train, and mentor program staffConduct staff performance evaluations and maintain complianceParticipate in audits and ensure quality service deliveryOversee office operations and foster interdepartmental collaborationContribute to program development and strategic planningLeadership & Community EngagementRepresent the program in the community and on committeesStrengthen relationships with stakeholders, funders, and employersFoster a positive, growth-oriented work environmentQualifications:Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related fieldActive BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standingMinimum 3 years of ABA experience with adults with developmental disabilitiesStrong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)Valid California driver’s license, insurance, and clean DMV recordAble to pass DOJ background clearance and maintain CPR/First Aid certificationCompassionate and client-focused with a commitment to person-centered carePhysical Requirements:Must be able to drive for work and provide physical assistance to adult clients, including pushing wheelchairs up to 250 lbsMust be able to assist clients with transitions in/out of vehicles and restroom supportCompletion of Professional Crisis Management Certification within 90 days of hire (training provided) Note: This role may not be suitable for individuals with recent injuries or mobility limitationsMake a difference by helping adults develop life-changing skills, gain independence, and thrive in the community.
