Massage Therapist

Position Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Lymphatic Drainage Specialist with expertise in bodywork and body sculpting who is passionate about wellness and understands the art of client education and sales. This dual-role combines hands-on treatment excellence with consultative selling to help clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals through tailored services, high-ticket treatment plans, and product recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Perform customized manual lymphatic drainage treatments for detox, post-operative recovery, and wellness optimization.Deliver body sculpting services including wood therapy, cavitation, radiofrequency, vacuum therapy, and more.Consult with clients to understand goals and recommend curated treatment packages or memberships.Drive high-ticket sales by confidently presenting multi-session plans and transformation programs aligned with client goals.Educate clients on the benefits of ongoing care and promote relevant retail wellness products to support results.Maintain detailed treatment notes, progress tracking, and client communications through the EMR system.Provide an elevated client experience that builds loyalty, retention, and referrals.Collaborate with the aesthetics and wellness team for cross-referrals and integrated protocols.Meet or exceed monthly sales and rebooking goals for both services and retail.Qualifications:Certified in Lymphatic Drainage and/or licensed bodywork professionalHands-on experience with non-invasive body contouring tools and techniques.Strong consultative sales skills and confidence in presenting packages and product solutions.Knowledge of wellness protocols, lymphatic system, and post-op care strategies.Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for client results and relationship-building.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.Preferred Experience:Background in a high-end spa, med spa, or wellness clinic.Familiarity with biohacking, detox methods, or recovery therapies.Commission-based service or retail sales performance experience.Fluent in software systems like Vagaro
