Company DescriptionA boutique medical practice located in Newport Beach, Ca.  The practice specializes in cutting edge treatments across aesthetic and concierge medicine for men and women.  This is a small-sized practice with incredible opportunities for growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant, located in Newport Beach, CA. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of patient care, managing medical records, utilizing medical terminology, and supporting the operations of the medical office. Daily tasks will include the patient check-in / patient rooming & procedure setup, drawing blood & supporting procedures, administering and following up on medication, maintaining accurate patient records, and condcuting patient follow-ups. The Medical Assistant will work closely with all providers to ensure a smooth workflow and quality patient care.QualificationsSkills in Medical Assisting and Patient CareKnowledge of Aesthetic Medical TerminologyExperience in managing Medical Records and working in a Medical Office settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCertifications such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) are a plusBasic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
