This role offers a competitive salary (with bonus potential!), comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.Responsibilities:Oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.Provide guidance and support to coordinators and clinical managers to enhance care services.Assist Executive Director with budget preparation and administration.Hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel.Assures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of agency personnel and maintains compliance to the ACHC Home Care standards and company policies and procedures.Act as Executive Director in the absence of the Executive Director/Administrator.Qualifications:Registered nurse with current California licensure3+ years of management experience in home health or related healthcare organization, including 1+ year in a supervisory/administrative roleExpertise in clinical decision-making and quality managementValid driver's license and reliable vehicleParticipation in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programsMeet Physical requirements (sit, stand, drive, walk, etc.)Benefits:Competitive salary and Sign on bonusComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Paid time offCompany-paid life insuranceOpportunities for professional growth and developmentReady to lead and make a difference?
