Interventions are based on service plans developed collaboratively with individual consumers.Schedule Details: Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling); Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 am - 7:00 pmLocation: Exton, PA - MobileProgram: Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation ProgramPay Rate: $19+/hour Job Functions:Provide services as defined by the program description, best practice standards, and in full compliance with licensure standards and Recovery Model PrinciplesAssist the program coordinator with completing assigned administrative duties within the programMonitor the effectiveness of own service delivery based on outcome measures, including Quality of Life Inventory, consumer satisfaction surveys, and treatment/service reviews. As needed, make changes to your own service delivery to improve outcomesProvide services as dictated by client and program needsDevelop and implement service plans as per the program descriptionDevelop and maintain linkages with adjunct providers to coordinate consumer servicesIdentify resources that are accessible and beneficial to clients and encourage their utilizationIntervene appropriately in crisesProvide instruction and hands-on support to promote the development of skills identified in service plansSupport consumers in maintaining healthy relationships and resolving conflictsMust be compassionate, flexible, and knowledgeable of Supportive counselingMust be willing to assist with skill building, including “occasional hands-on??Maintain accurate records of billable services provided and submit records promptly as dictated by the programComplete other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisorMinimum Requirements:Education/Licensure/Certification (Must Meet One of the Following Criteria):A Bachelor’s Degree and two years of work experience in mental health direct service. CPRP certification shall be attained within two years from the date of hire as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist, OR a Current CPRP certificationClearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance (if working in an adolescent residential program), Criminal clearance, and Fingerprint federal criminal history; Valid Driver’s License and Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceWhat’s in it for you?
