The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve mobility and alleviate pain. Day-to-day tasks include performing physical therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary. The Physical Therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and provide home care instructions for continued rehabilitation.QualificationsPhysical Therapy and Rehabilitation skillsPatient Care and Home Care skillsKnowledge of Medicine and relevant treatmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid state license to practice as a Physical TherapistDoctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
