An exciting opportunity for an organized, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills seeking to join a well-established, reputable Independent Advisory & Financial Services Company.Strategy Financial Group is seeking an appointment setter for a part-time position in our new Peoria, AZ office. This is an on-site position and candidates must be able to work primarily in the office.Schedules: Morning shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM, plus rotating Saturday hoursAfternoon shift: Monday-Friday 3:30 PM-7:30 PM, plus rotating Saturday hoursBase pay: $18.00/hour + generous bonuses for appointments scheduledCandidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged over the phone, accept direction, be customer service oriented and skilled with technology. Excellent work environment provided with competitive pay and opportunities for professional and personal growth.Position Overview:The primary responsibility of this position is to engage prospects after they have shown interest from one of the many company marketing funnels which could include informational workshops, TV ads, website, etc. This position will depend heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic and the ability to build upon relationships over the phone. This role will overcome objectives in a professional, polite manner – never making the prospect feel uncomfortable at any time.A summary of the tasks is below:- Calling and scheduling with prospects- Consistent follow-up with prospects- Attend marketing events as needed- Keep CRM updated with prospect/client interactions- Work independently and proactively to meet business goals- Assist team with administrative tasks, as needed- Track weekly and monthly progress (number of calls made, appointments set, appointments kept with Advisors)- Perform other duties and projects as assignedRequirements:Please note that this position does require at least 2+ years of experience working alongside a Financial Advisor OR within a sales role.Thank you for your interest in the Appointment Setter role for Strategy Financial Group, an independent financial services firm located in Peoria, Arizona.
