Position Summary:We are seeking Mental Health Therapists (LAC/AMFT/LMSW) to join our collaborative care teams in Chandler and Tempe, AZ. In this role, therapists work independently in a primary care setting, with all clients referred directly by on-site physicians. The intake team handles initial scheduling, while therapists manage follow-up care and patient engagement.Location: locations available in Chandler and Tempe AZPay: $63,000-$65,000/year (or more DOE)Bonus: $5,000 Sign On Bonus + Quarterly Productivity Bonuses (up to $17k/year)Shift: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)Supervised Hours: YesType: Direct Hire/PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesProvide short-term, evidence-based therapy for a variety of mental health concerns, primarily depression and anxietyCollaborate with primary care providers to support whole-person careManage and follow up with referred patients to ensure engagement and progressMaintain accurate and timely documentationMeet monthly productivity goals (89 clinical hours)Educate clinic staff about services and develop strong referral relationshipsQualificationsActive license in Arizona or Utah (AMFT, LMSW, or LAC)Minimum 2 years post-master’s experience preferred but new grads are welcomeAssociate-level therapists accepted with required clinical supervision (1 hour/week)Strong communication, rapport-building, and engagement skillsNo board actionsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
