Our operating model promotes personal growth and positive encouragement for both families and team members.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in San Diego, CA,. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy, and parent education. The BCBA will also supervise and train behavior technicians, ensure treatment fidelity, and collect and analyze data to monitor progress.QualificationsBehavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skillsExperience in Parent Education and Behavior ManagementBackground in PsychologyBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)Strong analytical and data interpretation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders is a plusMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
