The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting commercial growth by serving as the clinical expert for our wound care technology. This will include educating clinicians, supporting field sales, and ensuring successful implementation of our oxygen therapy device in various care settings, including outpatient clinics and home health environments.We are looking for an experienced clinical wound care specialist with exceptional knowledge and understanding of wound care treatment across the care continuum, as well as a proven ability to optimize that clinical knowledge to support customers while expanding the NATROX® Wound Care business.In this role, the Clinical Manager will support our sales/distributor channel with NATROX® O₂ technical education, clinical expertise, and field support. This will be a lead role in supporting the customer sites in New York and the East Coast, and be responsible for expanding the business and NATROX® Wound Care presence. The role requires approximately 65% travel, depending on territory and business needs.ResponsibilitiesVisit physician offices, acute to post-acute facilities, out-patient clinics and home health agencies to partner with sales for patient assessments and treatment decisionsLead hands-on product training sessions and in-services with customers. Ensure clinicians understand patient selection, clinical protocols, and device applicationMonitor proper application and utilization of NATROX® O₂ with SOC treatmentsKOL engagement & relationship management – build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholdersSupport site visits, clinical trials, and advisory boardsEducate health care team and patient/patient family on product use, application, and documentation needs. If needed, provide onsite case support during initial product use or complex procedures to ensure correct applicationProvide sales support to customers regarding clinical efficacy of NATROX® O₂ and product evaluation assistanceAct as a clinical liaison with regulatory, marketing, and customer service to ensure customer feedbackRepresent NATROX® Wound Care at trade shows, conferences and meetings; prepare associated reports and presentationsLead support for Clinical Evaluation & RCT sites in collaboration with internal team membersCollaborate with the Clinical team on post-market surveillance, data collection, and publication efforts which includes gathering real-world evidence and case studies to support sales and marketing effortsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.RN, PT, NP, or other clinically licensed professional with wound care experience (WOCN or CWS certification a plus!)Minimum of two years clinical experience in wound careCommercial experience in supporting medical devices sales, training, or field education highly desirableSales or account management experience preferably within wound care, surgical, or medical device settingsExcellent presentation skills; can confidently present to large groups both in person and virtuallyProactively communicates and works as a team
