Opening a newoffice.We are seeking a professional that understands that people come to us becausethey can’t hear, and it is our responsibility to help them. If you are driven,entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate, then this is the opportunityyou are looking for.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Establish rapport with, and review history from patients; conductaudiometric and diagnostic testing. Prescribe and fit patients with appropriate hearing aids based on theirhearing loss needs, lifestyle, desires, and affordability. Provide appropriate follow-up care and deliver upon all servicecommitments to patients including but not limited to assisting customerswith the maintenance of their hearing aids repair, replacement ofbatteries, cleanings, and adjustments. Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments and programhearing aids. Supervise the documentation of patient files with our current EMR system. Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hearthrough opportunities. Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals andgeneration of opportunities. EMR familiarity, Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) The ideal candidate will also possess: Strong sincere interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and an outgoingpersonality. The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, andteam members.We offer an attractive daily compensation package including a lucrative bonusprogram.Our Professionals are valued members of our practice and benefit fromopportunities for continuous training, coaching, and development, including paidCEU’s.
