Hiring Crisis Intervention Counselors in Tacoma, WA! Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday: Day shift 7-5:30 PM OR Swing shift 3-11:30 PMSunday - Wednesday: Graveyard shift 11 PM-9:30 AMSalary: Between $59,000 - $70,000 annually depending on experience & qualificationsDay to day:Take 911 callsDe-escalation, alot of talking with dispatchers, and transfer calls to (mobile police systems) - MPS (experience with CAD is huge plus) 2-10 calls per shift on average Understanding of resourcesFeel comfortable with speaking with first responders and law enforcement.Training Schedule:Training schedule: Regular business hour M-F 5’8s4 weeks self guided virtual and then remote for 2 weeks.
