The combined North American business now has more than 900 employees, operates across 40 locations, including 8 brick plants, 26 masonry supply/retail locations and 3 design studios.Duties and Responsibilities:As the Machine Operator your primary responsibility is the operation, and monitoring of industrial machinery, ensuring efficient functionality, quality control, necessary machine adjustments and monitoring settings, conducting routine inspections, maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing machines, while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards. Providing support for the operations of a fast-paced plant.Required Skills/AbilitiesExperience in the operation of industrial manufacturing machinesGeneral knowledge of all maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics operated equipment, as well as electronic and vacuum systems preferredBasic computer skills.Ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to rotate shifts.QualificationsPrevious experience as a machine operator within an industrial manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting experience College or Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and 401(k) plan.
