Customer Success Director – Breast Ultrasound | SF Bay areaAre you looking to driven impact in the women's health space, using your background in breast imaging and customer success? Metric Bio is partnered with one of the most innovative medical imaging companies in the women's health space, looking for a Customer Success Director to lead post-sale engagement and drive adoption of its breast ultrasound technology.You'll partner closely with clinical teams, radiologists, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless onboarding, exceptional support, and long-term satisfaction. You'll shape customer strategy, streamline implementation, and be the voice of the customer internally to inform product and process improvements.You must have:Proven experience in customer success, implementation, or clinical support within the breast imaging or ultrasound spaceStrong understanding of the clinical landscape, including workflows and challenges in breast cancer screening or diagnosticsExperience in a start-up/start-up environment or a desire to build from the ground upExceptional relationship management and communication skillsA passion for delivering real impact in women's health through technologyPlease note: this is a hybrid, field-based role. Candidates must be located in the SF Bay area.
