Radiologic Technologist

Position Summary:The Radiologic Technologist provides patient care by performing a variety of diagnostic and routine fluoroscopic radiographic procedures. This role requires independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting.Key Responsibilities:Perform radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols.Operate and maintain radiology equipment, reporting malfunctions as needed.Maintain adequate stock of supplies in assigned areas.Cross-train in other imaging modalities as directed.Safely dispose of contaminated materials following regulatory guidelines.Comply with all exposure control plans, including the use of PPE and universal precautions.Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure high-quality patient care.Uphold service standards and maintain professionalism with patients, families, and coworkers.Participate in care team meetings and daily huddles.Support patient education on preventive and chronic care needs.Administer clinical screenings and immunizations.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and The Joint Commission.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Completion of an A.M.A.-approved training program in Radiologic Technology.Active California CRT License or ARRT Certification.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum one year of related experience.Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.High level of professionalism and commitment to patient car
