***This role requires in-person services and is not remote***Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst- 1-tier modelCompany Name: Hope For OhanaLocation(s): San Jose, CA and surrounding areasHours: 30 hours/week (Direct + Indirect work).Job Description:Hope For Ohana is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, developing treatment plans, developing individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention goals, conducting 1:1 direct therapy with clients, collecting data, and training caregivers.Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 direct behavior therapy to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans.- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.- Strong leadership skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:-Monthly Bonus ($400-$800/month)- Sick pay-CEU reimbursement- Bi-yearly BCBA Recertification fee- 1:1 mentoring and coaching-Holiday Pay- Medical, dental, and vision insurance-Sign-on bonus-Referral Bonus- Retirement Plan- 3% Match-Conference reimbursement-Mileage and drive time reimbursementAdditional Information: Starting compensation will range $115,000-$120,000/year based on experience with monthly bonuses.Hope For Ohana is an equal opportunity employer.About Hope For Ohana LLC:
