Management, and Regional Positions will be availableCore Values: Live Third, Reliability, On Fire of the Gold Standard Experience, Personal Commitment to Growth, Positive, can-do attitude.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatmentsPerform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves using a straight razor is preferred, but not required.Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendationsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology and hair stylingSanitize tools and equipment before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environmentHandle retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products to clientsUtilize salon software for appointment management, inventory tracking, and client recordsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsEducation & ExperienceValid cosmetology/barber license4+ Years experience****Signing Bonus $1000***
