We are a growth oriented team looking for a highly motivated physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position in orthopedic spine surgery (100% spine practice). Our practice has clinics in Roseville and Folsom, CA. As a physician assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, conducting pre-op and post-op evaluations, and managing patient care. This includes performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.QualificationsWe are willing to train the right candidate, however, experience in surgical assistance, particularly in spine surgery is a plusStrong skills in patient care, including physical examinations and treatment plan developmentExcellent communication and patient education skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a healthcare teamCurrent California licensure as a Physician Assistant (or ability to get)Certification from an accredited Physician Assistant programExperience in an orthopedic or neurosurgical setting is a plus but not necessaryWe provide a highly competitive compensation package based on employment status.Salary Range of $90,000 to 175,000+ per year depending on experience with room for growth.
