Responsibilities:Assess patient conditions and develop individualized rehabilitation plansAdminister therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility, and functionInstruct patients and families on home exercises and safety practicesMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as neededCoordinate care with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive supportMaintain accurate and timely records of all therapy sessions and outcomesRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license requiredCurrent BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationOver 1 year of experience Additional Information: Location: San Antonio, TexasJob Type: Contract – 13 weeks *possible extension*Schedule: 5x8 Days – Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pmPay Range: $2,200.00 to 2,260.00 weekly*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
