Each year, our orthopedic specialists care for thousands of patients, covering the full range of orthopedic care from prevention and diagnostics to treatment and rehabilitation. Our team is exceptionally collaborative and includes a team of 25 board-certified surgeons and advanced practitioners, along with specialized radiologists, physiatrists, physical and occupational therapists, and orthopedic navigators. MarinHealth Medical Center is the only hospital to offer dedicated orthopedic trauma services in Marin County. Our dedicated team takes pride in offering the most advanced surgical techniques and has access to state-of-the-art equipment, devices, and new operating suites, with dedicated surgical block time. Our hospital campus has new towers including all private patient rooms and state-of-the art operating and interventional suites, and we have an exceptional outpatient surgery center.The Position:Join a well-established network of primary care, orthopedic, and specialty providersFull-time position, serving the highly desirable communities of Marin and the North BayEmployment through MarinHealth Medical GroupExciting growth opportunity with strong clinical, administrative, philanthropic, and marketing supportParticipate in call panel, covering 8 shifts per monthMain clinic located in San Rafael, with outreach clinic locations available throughout the North BayDedicated midlevel support for the orthopedic programOpportunities to participate in research and collaborate on clinical projectsEpic electronic health record utilizedQualifications: M.D. or D.O.Applicants must be board eligible or certified with the American Board of OrthopedicsCompleted a trauma fellowshipLicensed or eligible for licensure in CaliforniaPossess leadership experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and an interest in expanding our Orthopedic Program in Marin and the broader North BayExhibit excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differencesPractice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experienceCompensation: The salary range for this position is $600,000 – 750,000. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements and for taking additional call shifts.Competitive guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Long Term Disability (LTD) and basic life insurance, with a voluntary life insurance option, EAP, and a retirement plan with employer match.
