Pharmacist

We are seeking multiple licensed Pharmacists for a busy, high-volume pharmacy facility in Fairfield, Ohio. These 13-week temp-to-perm opportunities include both 1st and 2nd shift openings across general and sterile compounding roles. Applicants must be licensed in the state of Ohio. Shifts are filling fast, and flexibility is a plus!Available Openings:1st Shift – Staff PharmacistShift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM2nd Shift – Staff PharmacistAvailable Shifts:12:00 PM – 8:00 PM3:00 PM – 11:00 PM4:00 PM – 12:00 AM2nd Shift – Sterile Compounding PharmacistShift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (with some flexibility)Responsibilities (All Roles):Supervise pharmacy technicians and/or data entry clerks, ensuring accurate data entry, workflow, and pharmacy security.Oversee technician-led tasks such as ordering and prepacking.Screen all new medication orders for accuracy, interactions, allergies, and contraindications before dispensing.Support proper handling, documentation, and storage of controlled substances, including perpetual inventory of Schedule II drugs.Additional Responsibilities (Sterile Compounding Role):Ensure compliance with sterile compounding protocols and USP guidelines.Oversee aseptic preparation processes in cleanroom environments.Requirements:Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio.Sterile Compounding experience required for sterile role.High-volume retail or compounding background is a strong plus for all positions.For more information about this position and other opportunities with RPh on the Go, please contact Chris Williamson.
