They are actively expanding and looking for detail-oriented professionals to join their credentialing team.Job Description: Our client is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to support their rapidly growing organization. This role requires strong experience with CAQH and payer enrollment across various systems and health plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Compile and maintain current and accurate data for all providersComplete provider payer enrollment applications; monitor status and follow upMaintain up-to-date state licenses, DEA certifications, and malpractice recordsSet up and manage provider information in multiple credentialing systemsTrack expiration dates for licenses, DEA, and certificationsMaintain accurate practice addresses and ensure directory audits are completedProvide credentialing and privileging verificationsWork closely with health plans, physicians, and internal departmentsAssist in transitioning banking lockboxesEnsure confidentiality of all provider informationContribute to intranet updates with credentialing contract detailsQualifications:Required:Experience with CAQHPrior credentialing experience with Illinois payorsFamiliarity with systems like ECW, Acumen, EPIC, or AdvancedMDKnowledge of at least one credentialing platform: One App, PECOS, Webcrawler, or ImpactExperience managing credentialing contracts and onboarding processesStrong written/verbal communication and attention to detailTech-savvy and computer proficientGED or High School DiplomaBackground and drug screen requiredPreferred:Payor experience in MI, NJ, IN, TX, or OHAdditional Details:Type of Assignment: Contract-to-HireSchedule: Flexible start time between 7:00 AM–9:30 AM; 8-hour shifts with a 30-min lunchDress Code: Business CasualEnvironment: Professional, supportive team environmentTransportation: Onsite parking availableEqual Opportunity Statement: Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
