The role focuses on administrative and patient support tasks, ensuring seamless clinic operations and excellent patient care.Key Responsibilities:Schedule patient appointments and manage phone communications.Verify insurance and handle prior authorizations.Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient clinic workflow.Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service when interacting with patients and healthcare providers.Qualifications:Medical Assistant Certification (Required).Must be located within 20 miles of Medfield, MA.Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) and 2024-2025 flu vaccine requirements.Additional Information:Location: Wayland, MA 01778Schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday/ 40 hours per weekContract Length: 13 weeksPay Rate: $25 - $29/hour*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.Interested?
