Job OverviewWe’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting. We believe recovery works best when patients understand their path, feel empowered in their plan, and know they’re supported every step of the way!What You’ll Do:Deliver 1:1 personalized care rooted in evidence-based practiceDevelop and evolve individualized treatment plans that support long-term recoveryWork with a wide range of patients — from athletes to post-op clients — with a focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, and rehabTrack and celebrate progress through detailed assessments and documentationCollaborate closely with fellow PTs, staff, and referring providers to ensure seamless, integrated careEducate patients and their families to empower them beyond the clinicContribute ideas, energy, and expertise to our growing community — whether it's clinical innovation, events, digital content, or team developmentWhat We’re Looking For:Masters or Doctoral (DPT) Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programValid License to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts Experience in outpatient orthopedicsA strong clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniquesCompassionate communicator with the ability to motivate and engage patientsSomeone who’s independently driven but thrives as part of a supportive teamEnthusiasm for contributing to a positive, people-centered clinic cultureCompensation & Perks:Expected hours: Full Time (flexible schedule available)Salary Range: $85,000-$105,000Student loan repayment bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance401KFlexible scheduling to support work-life balanceReimbursement for continuing education and professional growthWork Location: In person - Brookline and/or Acton LocationsTo apply send your resume to info@ with “PT Position?? in the subject line.
