We’re seeking a competitive, curious, and outcome-oriented recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us scale with excellence.About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-demand travel healthcare positions across the country. Your success will directly impact patient care by ensuring our clinicians are in the right place, at the right time, and with the right support.This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and critical to our mission.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for travel clinicians, including sourcing, screening, presenting offers, and onboardingBuild and nurture a talent pipeline with a focus on hard-to-fill and dialysis-related rolesPartner closely with Account Managers to understand evolving client needs and deliver results fastEnsure all placements meet compliance and credentialing standards across multiple statesMaintain strong, ongoing relationships with travelers to support repeat assignmentsDocument all activity in ATS with accuracy and urgencyWhat You BringMinimum 2 years of healthcare staffing experience required; travel nurse and dialysis recruiting experience essentialTrack record of success in a competitive, outcome-focused environmentNatural curiosity and agility in navigating different markets, tools, and candidate personasStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferredProficiency in ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing platformsValid driver’s licenseWhy Vibra Travels?We believe when you prioritize people, performance follows.
