What You'll Be DoingAs our Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting both residents and nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and a warm, safe environment. Your responsibilities include:Supervising and administering direct nursing careLeading rounds, care plan meetings, and emergency responsesSupporting staff with training, scheduling, evaluations, and conflict resolutionCoordinating care plans, MDS, and clinical documentationAssisting with physician communication, equipment oversight, infection control, and auditsStepping in for the Director of Nursing when needed?
