Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Vendor Assessment Analyst for a large healthcare client. This role involves managing the tech assessment process for various IT vendors, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, Google Suite, and data analysis, and will be comfortable working through a backlog of vendor assessments.The primary function of this role is to evaluate and manage the performance and compliance of vendors and suppliers. Their primary role is to ensure that vendors meet the organization's standards and requirements, particularly in terms of risk, compliance, and technical capabilities. Here are some key responsibilities and aspects of the role:Documentation Review: Gathering and verifying the accuracy of vendor documentation.Risk Assessment: Evaluating the risks associated with vendors, including financial stability, security practices, and compliance with industry regulations.Vendor Evaluation: Conducting thorough assessments to determine if vendors can meet organizational standards and obligations.Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that vendors adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on vendor performance metrics.Relationship Management: Liaising with vendors to address any issues and maintain strong business relationshipsKey Responsibilities:Tech Assessment Process: Initiate and manage the tech assessment process for vendors, including gathering required documentation, verifying accuracy, and liaising with vendors.IT Platforms: Conduct contract and tech assessments for all IT platforms, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines.Vendor Management: Work through the backlog of outstanding vendor assessments, inputting and validating information from vendors.Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to assess and report on vendor compliance and risk.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all vendor assessments.Requirements:Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a related role; healthcare experience is a plus.Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Google Suite, and data analysis.Vendor Management: Experience in vendor management is preferred.Business Processes: Familiarity with internal business processes.Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare industry.Vendor Management: Proven experience managing vendor relationships and assessments.
