All services are provided at their engaging preschool-like center.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Wellspring Learning Centers located in Nashville, TN. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis assessments, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, educating parents on behavior management strategies, and utilizing psychology principles to enhance learning outcomes.Job dutiesMeet and maintain weekly billable hours requirement Supervise a caseload of 10 clientsAssist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to reach replacement behaviors to reduce maladaptive behaviors. Promotes a therapeutic environment for all clients, ensuring client input is fully considered when developing and carrying out treatment plans Promotes management and oversight to clinical staff, serving as a resource and guide for clinical and professional skills. Advise clinicians on their professional development Participate in modeling activities as needed, providing instruction on ABA techniques management of behavior and data collection techniques applicable to the client.
