No red tape.Your voice matters — you’ll be involved in decisions that shape the clinic.We work as a team to deliver individualized care, not one-size-fits-all plans.Recently purchased practice undergoing smart, strategic updatesFear Free Certification for all staff is a current goalFull clinic renovation planned over the next 3–5 yearsWhat You’ll Be Working With:Digital radiographyUltrasoundComplete IDEXX laboratory suite, including the new InVue Cytology ReaderA skilled support team with years of experienceResponsibilities:As a veterinarian at Pet Veterinary Clinic, your daily duties will include:Performing wellness and preventative care examsDiagnosing and treating sick and injured petsManaging urgent and same-day care appointmentsInterpreting diagnostic results (bloodwork, imaging, cytology, etc.)Performing routine surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals, etc.)Performing dental procedures and interpreting dental radiographsUtilizing ultrasound and digital radiography in clinical decision-makingPrescribing medications and treatment plans with clarity and compassionCommunicating effectively with clients and team membersCollaborating with fellow veterinarians and staff to provide high-quality careCompensation Options:We offer flexible pay models to suit your style:HourlyProduction-basedProSalThis position is open to full-time or part-time veterinarians.We’re Looking For:A veterinarian currently licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of MichiganSomeone who values collaboration, compassion, and modern medicineA professional who wants to be part of building something greatBenefits:We offer all the benefits you’d expect — and then some — including health insurance, paid vacation, sick time, continuing education support, retirement plans with employer match, uniform stipends, and access to an employee assistance program.
