This full-time, direct hire opportunity allows you to make a significant impact by overseeing clinical compliance, organizational policies, and team performance in a trauma-informed and patient-centered setting.What You’ll Do:As Operations Administrator, you’ll wear many hats and lead with integrity, coordination, and compassion:Ensure full readiness for site audits, licensing inspections, and CMH reviews by conducting internal audits and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirementsAct as the liaison between internal teams and external contacts such as Guardians, CMH Contract Managers, Coordinators, and VendorsCreate and implement Corrective Action Plans and maintain all licensing/CMH documentationDevelop, revise, enforce, and implement companywide policies and proceduresLead Operations Associates through coaching, performance management, and mentorshipOversee employee compliance including background checks, training certifications, and medical clearanceEnsure residents’ documentation such as progress notes, incident reports, behavior plans, and psychosocial records are completed with accuracy and timelinessManage contract submissions, CARF implementation, and licensing applicationsPromote ethical, professional workplace culture while supporting resident rights and treatment standardsCollaborate across departments and serve on internal committees as neededUtilize communication tools such as FIN to maintain transparency and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For:Must be a current or former support staff memberProven experience in behavioral health servicesStrong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as neededCommitment to trauma-informed care and patient-first practicesWhy Join This Team?This is more than a job—it’s a career with purpose.
