Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology from an APA-accredited program and must have completed an APA-accredited internship. This position involves providing short-term psychological interventions for adult patients recovering from neurological and physical trauma. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or rehabilitation psychology and a strong background in assessment, intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for adult patients experiencing neurological and physical trauma.Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy to facilitate recovery and adjustment.Work closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.Develop individualized treatment plans integrating psychological and medical care needs.Offer psychoeducation and coping strategies to patients and families.Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and hospital guidelines.Participate in ongoing training and professional development provided by the company.Required QualificationsDoctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
