Operations Manager

Be the backbone of care and support healing from the inside out.Evolve Treatment Centers is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our two 6-bed residential programs for teens in Walnut Creek and Lafayette, CA. In this role, you’ll ensure our programs run smoothly, our staff feel supported, and our clients receive care in a safe, structured, and healing environment.About Evolve:We offer cutting-edge intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment (RTC) programs for teens ages 12–17 dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. Our approach integrates evidence-based therapies like DBT, CBT, and MI, alongside experiential treatments.What You'll Do:? Staff Management:Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding of clinical and non-clinical team members in collaboration with HR.Directly supervise 25+ Residential Counselors, Overnight Counselors, and the facility Chef.Provide training, mentorship, and performance reviews, including write-ups and disciplinary actions.Monitor schedules, ensure accurate timeclock use, and manage overtime.Lead on-site onboarding tours and represent Evolve's culture and values.? Facility Operations & Compliance:Ensure both facilities meet accreditation standards (JCAHO, CARF, CCLD).Maintain facility readiness: from food safety and fire safety checks to stocking emergency supplies.Manage budgets, inventory, vendor coordination, and repairs in collaboration with the Director of Facility Operations.Ensure the home is always “tour-ready?? and organized.?
