Salary: $20/hour plus commission, health benefits, 401k, PTO, and more.Job SummaryOur client is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Inspection Specialist to work as part of their inspection solutions team. This is a field-based role operating in the St. Louis area. The position plays a key part in ensuring accurate vehicle inspections and seamless operational flow between internal teams and external partners.Job Responsibilities: Conduct detailed vehicle inspections (engine, transmission, interior, exterior) using a mobile application. Submit accurate inspection reports electronically. Travel to dealerships to assess vehicles prior to sale, ensuring compliance with operational standards. Communicate regularly with operations and sales teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Coordinate directly with dealerships to support vehicle preparation and inspection timelines. Distribute marketing materials to dealers to support sales efforts.Qualifications: Hands-on automotive experience (mechanic or equivalent technical role). Familiarity with key components such as differentials, transmissions, lower end of engine, and transfer cases. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation; ability to travel locally to dealership locations. Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with mobile technology and digital inspection/reporting tools.
