We serve children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health conditions—including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, autism, trauma, and more.This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative and flexible environment, alongside a dedicated psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioners, where clinical care and whole-person wellness come first.? What You’ll Do:Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adultsComplete clinical documentation in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with our team on patient care plansOptionally provide telehealth or hybrid sessionsMaintain your own clinical autonomy while benefiting from a supportive team✅ What We’re Looking For:Active Illinois license: LCSW or LCPCStrong clinical skills and a warm, client-centered approachExperience with children, teens, or families (preferred but not required)Comfortable working independently and as part of a teamOpen to feedback, communication, and professional growth?
