The position is best suited for someone interested working in a fast-paced consultant environment, capable of effectively working as part of a collaborative team. This position will require regular travel to out-of-town project locations for extended periods of time up to 80% travel time. Pier diem and lodging is paid.Responsibilities: As part of an experienced team, you will apply your testing and inspection capabilities to a variety of projects. Applicants shall have an educational or professional background in construction inspection services and have experience evaluating soils, concrete, and asphalt, as they relate to site construction. Report writing and computer skills are required. Experience in airfield pavement construction is a plus. Testing and Inspection responsibilities include:Field and laboratory testing of construction materials.Maintaining required certificationsCompletion of daily field/data reportsAbility to lift 30-40 poundsCoordinating with clients and IG engineering and professional staffRequirements: ACI certifications [desirable]Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as neededReport writing and computer skillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
