Ardurra is looking to hire an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Fort Myers, FL office.Ardurra’s innovative water and wastewater engineers collaborate closely with clients to plan, design, permit, and construct systems that address their needs comprehensively. This approach allows our clients to make smarter investments, resulting in lower life cycle costs and additional benefits.As a recognized leader in Florida and the Southeast's water industry, Ardurra's projects encompass treatment and infrastructure initiatives for municipal and institutional clients. Our work ranges from drinking water supply to water reuse and wastewater management. We have the capability to support projects of all sizes within a flexible and innovative team environment.Essential Functions of the Job:Manage a team of design engineers to complete detailed and permitted construction plansDuring project startup understand the client's critical success factors and prepare an effective project management planResponsible for project administration in the project management system (including accurately placing the project setup information)Responsible for making sure that all team members understand their role on the project, the task/s that need to be accomplished, along with the schedule and budget for the tasksBe available to team members to mentor junior staff and consult with the principal in charge for guidanceDuring project execution, monitor the progress of the scope, budget, schedule, and quality/performanceConduct monthly project reviews with the project client and/or principal in charge, and seek periodic guidanceProvide project team leadership and be accountable for technical, financial and schedule delivery excellenceResponsible for delivering service to the client and for client relationsResponsible and accountable for all aspects of the project from initiation through closeoutResponsible for risk management and proactive change managementResponsible for prompt invoicing and collectionDevelop innovative solutions to add value to our clients that differentiate Ardurra from competitorsResponsible for marketing to existing clients through project performance, expanding the scope of existing contracts, and identifying new project opportunitiesEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering requiredProfessional Engineer (Florida) preferredAt least eight (8) years of experienceWhy Ardurra?While Ardurra offers competitive compensation and rich benefits programs, it is our culture that truly sets us apart from our peers.
