Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.This role will join the Salesforce Product & UX organization to drive new product development across a specific line of business.ResponsibilitiesDiscovery-Oriented: You will work closely with senior product managers to understand user pain points and business stakeholder needs. By analyzing data and trends, you'll help identify opportunities to optimize processes and support product decisions for your area.Business-Minded: You will assist in aligning product recommendations with business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will focus on supporting the development of solutions that have measurable business impact.High-Impact Communications: You will help communicate product needs, goals, and requirements across teams. You'll write clear user stories, business requirements, and problem statements, ensuring alignment across departments and that tasks are actionable.Agile-Minded: You will collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to ensure user needs and technical feasibility are addressed. You’ll contribute to defining impactful releases and iterations, and adjust product features as necessary.Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work with various teams, including UX, IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of the product vision. You'll help drive alignment across departments to meet shared product goals.Stakeholder Management: You will assist in engaging with stakeholders to align on product priorities and expectations. You will help facilitate decisions and ensure effective communication, all while learning to manage differing perspectives.Prioritization: You will help manage the product area’s backlog, ensuring that priorities are aligned with both short-term and long-term goals. You'll support the prioritization process, gaining buy-in from cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth execution.Drive for Results: You will assist in monitoring product success by helping define and track key metrics. You'll use data to contribute to informed decision-making and adjust product features to maintain progress.Delivery-Oriented: You will work closely with teams to help execute the product vision, ensuring that both user and business requirement needs are met. You will focus on delivering impactful product features while continuously iterating on design and functionality.Ethics and Values: You will act in line with the company’s core values, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and ethical decision-making at all stages of the product lifecycle.QualificationsExperience: 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on software or healthcare industries preferred.Proven Ability: Ability to support and contribute to executing and managing product development activities. Experience or understanding of driving user and business outcomes is a plus.Technical Acumen: Ability to understand basic technical constraints and their impact on user experience.
