Salary: $30K–$39K base + commission (1st-year OTE $75K+), with full benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.Job SummaryOur client, a leading provider of innovative office technology solutions, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their growing Asheville-area team. This role is responsible for driving new business development and managing customer relationships to grow revenue. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for technology solutions.Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting technology solutions and services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships Schedule and conduct weekly client meetings, both in-person and virtual Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track activities Collaborate with internal teams including sales support, operations, and service to ensure seamless delivery Prepare and present client proposals and solution demonstrations Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through implementation Provide regular updates on activity and progress to managementQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred B2B outside sales experience in technology preferred Relevant experience in lieu of degree considered Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., MS Teams) CRM experience, preferably with Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable daily transportation requiredAbout The CompanyOur client is a direct sales division of a globally recognized electronics leader known for delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to modern workplaces.
