Previous Assistant Director of Nursing experience is encouraged but not essential. Reporting into the administrator and supporting the director of nursing, with their day-to-day responsibilities.The Candidate The successful candidate must have a registered nursing license (RN), active in the state of North Carolina. While having experience of working within a long term care facility of a minimum of 65 beds. Along with a good understanding of North Carolina state regulations within long term care.All applicants must have experience within a skilled nursing facility, along with Long Term Care experience. While management of a team or unit in a community is encouraged, however not essential.
