This role blends leadership, mentorship, and patient care. Help shape a high performing and deeply supportive environment where both providers and patients thrive.Join a team that is proud to serve, committed to growth, and guided by purpose, making a lasting impact every day.What You’ll DoProvide leadership, structure, and mentorship to a multidisciplinary provider teamLead clinical operations and a multidisciplinary team Supervise and support ≈30 providers including MDs, midlevel practitioners, PAs to support and deliver high quality, patient centered careCollaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to implement care protocols and quality initiativesAssist the integration of the Residency Program while advancing training efforts and strengthening partnerships with major regional healthcare systems, including Sutter, UCSF, and othersSupport a projected 18,000 patient visits annually with a focus on excellence, equity, and accessWhat You’ll BringBoard Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine5+ years of clinical experience in a primary care settingPrior leadership or supervisory experience, familiarity with FQHCs is a plus.Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skillsEMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)Spanish language skills are a plus, not requiredWhat’s OfferedCompetitive salary5 weeks of PTO + 10.5 paid holidays100% employer-paid health coverageMalpractice insurance + license and DEA reimbursement$1,500 CME allowance + 1 week CME PTO403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer contributionSupportive leadership, a collaborative culture, and clear pathways for professional growthThis Is More Than a Role.
