Remote - Psychologist, LCSW or MH Prescriber

We are looking for a Psychologist, LCSW or MH Prescriber who is currently licensed in Oregon. Our focus is to provide therapy as well as assessment, diagnosis and treatment for geriatric patients in their homes and via telehealth. All providers work remotely from home offices. Home visits may be required in some cases in and around the Salem, Oregon area. Each provider has the flexibility to manage their own schedule and ratio of in-person vs remote visit caseload. Professional liability insurance, EHR as well as administrative and billing support are provided by the clinic in most cases.Minimum Requirements:- Licensed in Oregon with appropriate professional board- Professional experience with geriatric behavioral health service provision- Reside in or have ability to commute to Salem, Oregon and surrounding areasJob Duties:- Provide psychological / therapeutic services to such patients as shall be assigned by employer- Ensure patient coverage by employer, reschedule patients, or enlist employer's assistance in rescheduling patients immediately upon notice of unavailability due to sickness or emergency- Comply with federal and state laws governing the practice of professional services and shall also comply with employer's working rules and regulations; however, clinician shall use knowledge from professional training and judgment in the treatment of patients assigned- Services will be rendered in the home of the assigned patient or via the clinic provided EHR- Clinician's will abide by and adhere to all ethical and patient privacy standards as determined by state and federal laws, standards and regulations as well as professional organizations that determine such standards for professional certifications and licensesEmployer Notes:- Elect to work additional dates and times as permitted by employer, and shall notify employer in advance of clinician's vacation schedule- Determine those days that clinician will work and will provide employer with reasonable notice of the clinician's schedule- Employer conducts a background check prior to first day of employmentWages, Hours and Benefits:- Full or minimum half time- Compensation split 70/30- Health Saving Plan, retirement plan access after 6 months for employees, not available for contractors
