Director Revenue Cycle

The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of the revenue cycle process. This includes managing billing, coding, credentialing, posting, collections, accounts receivable, and compliance to ensure optimal financial performance. The Director plays a pivotal role in maximizing reimbursements, improving cash flow, minimizing denials, and ensuring that Company net-revenue goals, and cash collections consistently meet or exceed the Company and industry-standard KPI metrics. As a strategic leader, the Director drives operational excellence, fosters innovation, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and evolving industry trends.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
